Overview
I've been a Product Manager at Abrigo for over 2 years. I am the owner of 3 products in our lending origination suite that serves more than 1,200 financial institutions. As a Product Manager at Abrigo, I wear different hats to successfully release features and increase customer satisfaction.
Accomplishments
- Worked with designers, engineers, QA, and other PMs to lead the launch of our SBA PPP product within a tight deadline so that small businesses could get the help they needed when COVID first struck (This release led to 322 new institution subscriptions - up from 21 before this release)
- Led the release of a second version of a product that resulted in ~250% increase in monthly page views
- Created mockups/designs that were featured in our sales toolkits
- Leading the development of our first mobile-first product after getting buy-in from multiple teams, senior PMs, and executives
Responsibilities
- Subject-matter expert in our lending solutions
- Coordinate and run user research sessions (focus groups, usability studies, and other sessions) to gain actionable feedback for maintaining and enhancing the technology
- Maintain and enhance the product(s) based on user feedback and shape product vision and strategy
- Manage the development, testing, and implementation of product enhancements
- Provide excellent customer service through technical support, product improvements, and client follow-up
- Provide superior quality assurance through the testing and maintenance of the product(s)
- Work closely with the client services team, product consultants, the marketing team, and other members of the product development team
